The workshops vary in format as either whole day, or half day sessions.

Morning/Afternoon tea is provided.

Workshop requirements vary, as some are hands-on. BYO laptop, lunch and notebook. Workshops are held in the Research Centre.

Seminars are held in Lions Club Hall at the rear of the Research Centre. Lunch is usually included.
