AGM 2021

The AGM, following the General Meeting and Guest Speaker, will still be held on Saturday 1st May and hopefully will not be postponed as was the situation last year because of Covid-19.

Management Committee:
 A reminder that the Committee will have vacancies and will require 4 officers and 8 ordinary members. The nomination form 2021-2022, will be available from the office and this website from April 1st. The Current Committee will be retiring, not resigning, having completed their term in office, at the AGM.

Positions and Roles for the Committee
The Management Committee consists of the following:

  • Four Office Bearers
  • Three to eight ordinary Management Committee Members

At a committee meeting after its election, the committee must appoint a Public Officer, and may appoint committee members or other members to undertake various roles. Not all roles will necessarily need to be filled, and some members may undertake multiple roles.
Draft descriptions for the following positions and roles are available on request:
