There has always been a newsletter available at our general meetings for as long as most members can remember. In 1996 it was decided to upgrade the publication and give it a name.

Hence the Pelican Press was born.

Pelican Press is produced 11 times a year February to December

2nd June: Greg de Moore, Tom Wills.
Dr de Moore is a psychiatrist at Westmead and Blacktown hospitals and a clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney.

His biography Tom Wills: His Spectacular Rise and Tragic Fall was inspired by uncovering an old psychiatric record.

Dr de Moore recently made headlines by revealing that psychiatric records from the 1960s to the 1990s are being destroyed in NSW
